YOUR BITCH TURNED 20!!!

Hellooo!!

It's been the longest time since I last posted, and I promised I was going to become more consistent on da thing, but oh well, it's life, and I am really trying my best to create a schedule that I can live in, unfortunately. However If you following me on my main social @claudia_ehisiemen, you will be able to follow my journey on there, reach out to me I don’t bite, I barely see my friends too nowadays so just text, and I am defo replying.

Leaving this boring stuff, in September, it was your girls birthday! I am finally almost fully legal even though when I turned 18, I thought that was going to be it, but best believe it ain’t like that. Apart from not being able to still access some places that are "21+" (some b***lshit) can't lie to you this age is just only more bills more responsibilities, more drama more and more &more is just adulthood. I wasn’t ready to fair, but I am surviving, so I guess anyone can too.

So if you know me well, you know there is one let's say “ festivity/ event/ occasion” I don’t play with, and it's my birthday month I celebrate from begging to the end… (DO NOT DO LIKE ME I MADE VERY BAD FINANCIAL DECISIONS DURING THIS) anyway, for some reason a lot of my friends are born in September too, so there is a lot of events already.

For my birthday though I decided really last minute… I mean the morning of the actual day to throw an apartment party (KIDS DO NOT TAKE EXAMPLE pt2) & despite my really spontaneous personality and my friend Valeria connections and friends the event turned out quite good, and it was an amazing get together. I was able to provide drinks, food, cake & music somehow and yeee .. just some snippets and pictures from the night!! For me the celebration wasn't enough, of course, so I had a dinner meal with all my friends at Big Easy, a fantastic view of London & the river however had quite a few misunderstandings with our waiter and to be completely honest with you the food is a bit overrated too. Cocktails were average and small for the price of it. Maybe I would have to go again to have a full complete honest judgment about the place.Details of my outfit, the dress is from PLT, and it took me soo long to find the perfect thing I was looking for, a dress for an occasion literally feels like you shopping for your wedding gown do you guys have the same feeling? Nevertheless I wasn’t trying to recreate Barbie vibes but I ended up anyway.

The hair is a 613 frontal 24-inch body wave, dyied by Bettystudios, a saloon in Barking, so whoever is nearby definitely check them out cause they have unbelievable prices for the quality of their work. I did the wig my self & will soon leave a video where I explain my easy process.. if I learned how to do it, you could do too (I am useless when it comes to hair). Finally, my heels from the market, I love finding bargains & thankfully, it suited the whole outfit.

So let me be real and honest with you, I am always about celebration and having fun but the message I want to put across by writing this today is a few things I have learned in the last few months & some just as I turned 20.

  • `It feels a bit weird saying your age for a few weeks. I still confidently say: "yeah, I am nineteen lol."
  • Stop stressing to afford someone you cannot afford to be yet chill out! Me too, I have been there a few times now to be super low on money because of poor decisions, and social media pressure to succeed didn't help.  I know it sounds quite f**ucked, but if you have been there, you can feel me.
  • I have mastered not to give a crap about what people think of me. Everyone has opinions sometimes great ones and other times not, but if you let that affect you, then good luck sis.
  • Always follow your gut. I know you should use your head also but that feeling is usually rarely wrong.
  • Life is a learning process, try it if it doesn't work out, master a new approach, or try something completely different. Don't be a pussy & just back out completely.
  • Give people a second chance; as I said, everyone makes mistakes we humans, but bitch don't be dumb about what kinda mistakes you decide to allow for the love of Jesus, please. Only understandable ones
  • If you been through some type of trauma, life change or anything similar you gotta understand that everyone has a different healing process and YOU have your way to deal with it; DO NOT look at your mates or listen to what they have to say about how you should handle your pains or be over them. Grieve, Process & Grow. In conclusion if you think you need help get some it's always the best decision.
